Yoghurt vs. Yogurt

While saving a granola recipe that a friend had sent me, I typed in ‘Yoghurt’ and saw the spell check s̶w̶i̶g̶g̶l̶y̶ squiggly line.

Wait a minute. It’s Yoghurt? Or Yogurt? Either are okay. A quick online search shows both spellings are used equally across the globe.
